Using This Website
- Browse or search the catalog and open a product to review available details.
- Confirm the item number, quantity, color, imprint method, and delivery destination before requesting a quote.
- If you cannot find the item you need, use our Product Sourcing Request.
Quotes & Customization
A quote request is not an order or a promise of price, inventory, production time, or delivery. Final terms are confirmed in a written quote, proof, purchase order, or other agreement accepted by both parties.
Please review the item number, quantity, color, imprint location, artwork version, setup charges, freight, taxes, samples, packaging, and delivery date before approving an order. Production time and transit time are calculated separately.
This website does not accept online payments. A private quote or artwork link allows access to the related record but is not an identity-verification or electronic-signature service.
File Uploads
Product sourcing accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP files, up to five images and 5 MB per image. Upload only files you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload payment-card data, government identification, health information, or other sensitive personal information.
Reference images are used to understand your request. They are not automatically published and do not authorize reproduction of protected logos, artwork, or product designs.

When you request a quote, source a product, or contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, business email, company, phone number, product selections, quantities, deadlines, customization details, messages, and uploaded reference images. Company and phone fields are optional unless clearly marked otherwise.

We use submitted information to respond to requests, prepare and revise quotes, source products, review artwork, coordinate orders, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and improve website operations.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers and business partners that help us operate the website, prepare quotes, source or manufacture products, review artwork, arrange shipping, or comply with law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention & Security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, our business records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing info@eimprintusa.com. We may verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Children
This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Intellectual Property
Third-party names, trademarks, product images, and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply ownership, endorsement, or affiliation. Editing, retouching, or using artificial intelligence on an image does not create permission to use the underlying work, trademark, or design.
